Short Biography

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping people find healing, clarity, and confidence—especially during seasons of change, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm.

I believe therapy should be culturally sensitive, client-led, and grounded in safety and support. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

In my practice, I specialize in individual therapy for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I take a compassionate, personalized approach to each client’s unique experience.

I’m trained in Brain Spotting therapy, a powerful method that helps access and release deeply held emotional pain, especially when traditional talk therapy isn’t enough. I also facilitate support groups for women navigating divorce and breakups, offering space for connection, healing, and shared strength.

My work is rooted in the belief that growth is possible, even in life’s most difficult moments—and that you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, heartbroken, or simply ready for change, I’m here to support you with warmth, honesty, and care.

Together, we will help you reconnect with your resilience and move toward the life you want to live.
