About Support Groups Service
At Onward Counseling, I provide Support Groups as a way to connect with others who share similar experiences in a guided, therapeutic setting. Support groups create a sense of community, offering encouragement, perspective, and strength during life’s challenges. Led by a licensed therapist, each group offers structure, compassion, and a safe space to share openly.
Current offerings include a Divorce & Breakup Support Group for Women, where participants can process loss, build resilience, and rediscover confidence with the support of others who understand. Groups are kept small, with 3–7 women, and meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30–7:45 PM. Each session is $40, and spots are reserved by email.
Support groups are designed to reduce isolation, foster healing, and empower members with tools for moving forward, while also giving you a safe space to feel understood and supported.
